Mr. Roger Glenn Strickland, 48

WADE Mr. Roger Glenn Strickland, 48, of Wade died Thursday, May 23 at Vidant Hospital in Greenville. He was a native of Cumberland County, the son of Ann McLamb Strickland and the late Cordell Strickland. He was a farmer. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, May 27 at Bethany Church of God of Prophecy Cemetery with Rev. Jeff Burkhardt officiating. Mr. Strickland is survived by two daughters, Renee Strickland of Wade and Rachel Autry of Fayetteville; mother, Ann Strickland of Wade; three brothers, Greg Strickland of Wade, Connie Strickland of Fayetteville and Mike Strickland of Hope Mills; three grandchildren, Kalyn Jacobs, Aubrey Autry and Riley Autry. The family will receive friends in the church sanctuary Monday from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. prior to the graveside service. Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home in Stedman.A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, May 27 at Bethany Church of God of Prophecy Cemetery with Rev. Jeff Burkhardt officiating.
