Mr. Robert Elson Wright, 90

FAYETTEVILLE Mr. Robert Elson Wright, 90, of 1658 Seabrook School Rd. passed away Friday, October 28 at his home. He was owner and operator of Wright Mobile Home Services. Mr. Wright was born August 6, 1921 in Randolf County, Indiana, the son of the late Earl Wright and Helen Seargent Wright. He was also predeceased by a son, Bobby Wright and a step-son, Joseph Milanese. He served ten years in the US Army. During WWII he participated in both the Battle of The Bulge and the Normandy Invasion, receiving a Purple Heart. A funeral service will held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, November 1 at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman with Rev. David Rutland officiating. Burial will follow at Suggs Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Wright is survived by his wife, Jennie Harris Wright of the home; daughters, Terri Horne and Susie Nelson, both of Fayetteville; step-sons, Lynn Milanese and Mark Milanese, both of Fayetteville; ten grandchildren.
