Mr. Robert L. Sessoms, 75

ROSEBORO Mr. Robert Lee Sessoms, 75 of 4374 Hayne Stretch Road, died on Monday, June 29, 2009 at First Health Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at Peniel Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery with Rev. Jeff Bartlett and Rev. Albert Simmons officiating. Mr. Sessoms was born in 1933 in Sampson County to the late Roy and Myrtle Sessoms Sessoms. He worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator with Crowell Construction Company. Mr. Sessoms is survived by: his wife, Willa Dean Sessoms of the home; two sons, Troy Sessoms and Roy Sessoms, both of Roseboro; one brother, Roy Alvin Sessoms of Roseboro; two grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 6 until 8 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home, 401 W. Roseboro Street, Roseboro.
