Mr. Robert E. Mason, 55

BEAVER DAM Mr. Robert Edward Mason, 55, of Beaver Dam, passed away Monday, Jan. 11, 2010 at Womack Army Medical Center at Ft. Bragg. A memorial service will be held Thursday, Jan. 14, 2010 at 8:00 pm at Beaver Dam Baptist Church with Dr. Lynn Bullock officiating. Mr. Mason was an Army veteran. Mr. Mason is survived by: wife, Arleen Mason, of the home; son, Jared Mason, of the home; nephew, Eddie Higgins and wife Susan, of California City, CA; several nieces, great-nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Thursday night from 7-8 pm at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials are to be made to Beaver Dam Baptist Church, 4706 Beaver Dam Church Road, Roseboro, NC 28382. Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home of Roseboro.
