Mr. Robert Lloyd Haney went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family.

Funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Butler Funeral Home Chapel in Stedman, officiating will be Rev. Tommy Honeycutt and Rev. Charles Davis.  Burial will follow at Evergreen Baptist Church Cemetery in Autryville.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 2:50 PM Saturday at the funeral home prior to the service.

Lloyd is preceded in death by his father, David Neil Haney; step-father, Calvin Lee Parker; and his brother, Larry Wayne Haney.

Lloyd was a longtime member of Evergreen Baptist Church, and he retired after 33 years of service with Dupont Inc, the Cedar Creek site location.  He also enjoyed being retired, which gave him more time to be with his family and his grandchildren.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 48 years, Kaye Vinson Haney of the home; children, Kelly Haney Schaffer & husband, Billy and Bobby Haney & wife, Alison all of Autryville; mother, Doris Hall Parker of Roseboro; grandchildren, Kaylen Schaffer, Lauren Bullard, and Spencer Haney; brothers, Kenneth Parker & wife, Ellen of Salemburg, Calvin Ray Parker & wife, Judy of Roseboro, and Johnny Parker & wife, Patricia of Clinton; and a sister-in-law, Brenda Brow of Lake Gaston.
