Mr. Robert E. Faircloth, 47

Roseboro Mr. Robert Earl Faircloth, 47, formerly of Roseboro, passed away Thursday, May 29, 2008 at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Goldsboro. A funeral service will be held Friday night, May 30, 2008 at 7:00 PM at Butler Funeral Home with the Rev. Daniel Gore and Rev. Willard Hardison officiating. Burial will be held on Saturday at 11:00 am at Roseboro Cemetery. Mr. Faircloth was a native of Sampson County, the son of the late Marvin and Etta Mae Carlisle Faircloth. He was a former member of the Roseboro Fire Department and was a member of the Roseboro Church of God and was a former employee of the Piggly Wiggly Store in Roseboro. Mr. Faircloth is survived by: two sisters, Vonda Faircloth, of Roseboro and Dianne Stewart, of Pikeville; two nephews, a great nephew and two great nieces. The family will receive friends following the funeral at the funeral home and at other times at the home of his sister, 414 E. Jackson Street, Roseboro. Services are entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 401 W. Roseboro Street, Roseboro.
