Mr. Robert L. Borgers, 77

CLINTON Mr. Robert Lincoln Borgers, 77 of 301 Parker Drive, died on Friday July 20, 2007 at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Goldsboro. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, July 22, 2007 at 4:00 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home with the Rev. Earl Thigpen officiating. Burial will follow at a later date in Marion, South Dakota. Mr. Borgers was born in 1930 in Marion, South Dakota to the late John and Arie Wieman Borgers. He worked as a Loan Officer with Federal Agriculture Department. Mr. Borgers is survived by: his wife, Mary Kemp Borgers of the home; two daughters, Sheri Johnson of Phoenix, Arizona, and Laurie Gadre of Los Altos, California; one son, Robert Victor Borgers of Minneapolis, Minnesota; 3 step-grandchildren, 5 grandchildren, 12 step grandchildren; and one sister, Helen Nielsen of Marion, South Dakota. Family will receive friends Sunday afternoon from 3 until 4 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home, 401 W. Roseboro Street, Roseboro.
