Mr. Robert Elmer "Bob" Lockwood, 77

Mr. Robert Elmer "Bob" Lockwood, 77 of 646 Mill Creek Church Road, Roseboro, passed away Sunday, January 22, 2017 at his home.

He was born August 10, 1939 in Burlington County, New Jersey, and was a retired truck driver. He is preceded in death by his parents, Wayne C. and Laura Lemmon Lockwood; and sons, Jimmy Lockwood, Patrick Lockwood, and Billy Lockwood.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Margie Lucas Lockwood; daughters, Patricia Pizarro and Robin Carey; sons, Bobby Lockwood and Brian Lockwood; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Laura Burnham; brother, Gordy Lockwood; step-children, Elgie Lucas, Millard Hall, Tommy Hall, Rose Autry, and Betty Aman; and several step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm Saturday, January 28, at Roseboro Cemetery, S. Salemburg Highway, Roseboro, with Pastor Justin Wilson and Pastor Bryan Strickland officiating.

The family will receive friends prior to Saturday at the home.

Services are by Butler Funeral Home, 401 W. Roseboro Street, Roseboro.
