Mr. Ricky Clay “Smoke” Faircloth, 65 of Clinton, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at Wake Medical Center.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Salemburg Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery with the Reverend Donald Keith Carter officiating.
Smoke was a native of Sampson County, the son of Henry and Georgia Annette Flynn Faircloth. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Jeffery Faircloth.
He leaves to cherish his memory his son, Christopher Helms-Faircloth and wife, Krystyna Helms of Phoenix, AZ; his daughter, Veronica LeAnne Kuchera and husband, Matt of New Jersey; four grandchildren, Reign Helms, Christopher Helms, Sophie Kuchera and Ella Kuchera; and two sisters, Connie Fann of Salemburg; and Donna Edge of Stedman.
