Ret. MSGT Lowell Eugene Schiebe, 83 of Roseboro, passed away Monday, July 2, 2018.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00pm Saturday, July 7, at Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church, 1481 Fleet Cooper Road, Roseboro, with Rev. John Hobbs officiating. Burial with full military honors will follow in the Church Cemetery.

Mr. Schiebe was born May 30, 1935 in Fargo, North Dakota and was the son of the late Walter Carl and Irene Minnie Clug Schiebe. He was a retired Master Sgt. with the United States Army and a farmer.

He is survived by his daughter, Patricia Schiebe Ringlund of Roseboro; son, Dennis Schiebe of Sanford; three grandchildren, Jamie Ringlund, Kristina Schiebe, Korey Schiebe; four great grandchildren; brother, Larry Schiebe and wife, Deloris of Hope Mills; and nieces, Nanci Schiebe Williams, Rhonna Wilson.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00pm Friday, July 6, at Butler Funeral Home, 401 W. Roseboro Street, Roseboro.
