Mrs. Rebecca June Pope, 51

AUTRYVILLE Mrs. Rebecca June Pope, 51, of 208 East Williams Street, died Sunday, July 8, 2012. The funeral service will be Thursday, July 12, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at Long Branch Baptist Church with Rev. Richard Spell officiating. Mrs. Pope was born on April 9, 1961 in Grand Island, Nebraska to Harold Grotzky and Delores Schleichardt Grotzky. She is preceded in death by her parents, her second mother, Jacqueline Warren and her brother, John Warren. She is survived by her husband, Doug Pope of the home, four sons, David Brown and wife Ashley of Roseboro, Edward Lee Brown III of Roseboro, Christopher Pope and wife, Shannon of Oregon, Michael Pope and wife, Jaimee of Autryville, one stepson, Bobby Pope of Salemburg, four sisters, Cindy Olguin of Stedman, Jackie Moon of Tennessee, Penny Grotzky of Stedman and Delores Grotzky of Dunn, two grandchildren, Matthew Lee Brown of Roseboro and Micheal Douglas Pope of Autryville, her second father, Joseph Warren and her God-mother, Hazel Brown. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 12:00 to 1:00 P.M. at Long Branch Baptist Church. Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 6535 Clinton Road, Stedman. The funeral service will be Thursday, July 12, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at Long Branch Baptist Church with Rev. Richard Spell officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 12:00 to 1:00 P.M. at Long Branch Baptist Church.
