Mr. Ransom Earl Hairr, 72 passed away Sunday, February 18, 2018 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
The family will receive friends from 7:00pm to 9:00pm Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at the funeral home.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Howard Hairr and Mary Westbrook Hairr; and a daughter, Beth Ann Tew.
He retired from Dupont as an electrician with many years of service.
He is survived by his wife, Patsy Hairr; children, Tammy Maynor & husband, Ronnie, Jr., Malissa H. James and Penny Barker & husband, Chad; step-sons, Darrell Wolf, Bryan Wolf & Danny Lee Wolf; brothers, Carl Hairr & wife, Fran and Handy Hairr & wife, Clarice; sister, Margaret Potter & husband, Therman; 9 grandchildren, Ronnie Maynor, III, Melanie Maynor, Cooper James, Madelyn James, Kirston Carr, Malania Carr, Garrett Carr, Jennifer King and Adrian May; and 10 great grandchildren.
