Mr. Randolph Strickland

STEDMAN Mr. Randolph Strickland, 81, of 1821 Baimnbridge Rd. died December 28, 2007 at his residence. He was born April 26, 1926 to David and Della Strickland of Stedman. He was preceded in death by a twin brother, Rudolph Strickland; brothers, Robert and Johnny Strickland; four sisters, Leola, Rossie, Minnie Renne and Pauline. He was a carpenter and worked in the building industry for forty years and after retirement worked at Seabrook Elementary, Stedman Primary and District Seven Elementary Schools as Custodian. A funeral service will be held Monday, December 31 at 3:00 P.M. at Stedman Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Randal Strickland, Rev. L.B. Collins and Rev. David Strickland officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Church Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Ruby LaVerne Strickland of the home; sons, Randall, Allen, Douglas and Wayne; daughters, Darlene and Anita; thirteen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
