Mr. Perry F. Gray, 32

ROSEBORO Mr. Perry Franklin "Frankie" Gray, 32 of 2026 Pleasant Union Road, died on Sunday, November 8, 2009 at his home. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2009 at 3:00 P.M. at Pleasant Union Baptist Church with Rev. Paul Honeycutt and Rev. Richard Spell officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mr. Gray was born on March 14, 1977 and was a native of Sampson County. He is preceded in death by: his father, Edward Gilford Gray; paternal grandparents, William F. "Shorty" and Eula Edge Gray; maternal grandmother, Betty Doris Butler; maternal great grandmother, Beatrice Williams; and his Aunt, Jean House. He worked as a Recreational Therapist. Mr. Gray is survived by: his mother, Gloria Gray of the home; his brother, Eddie Gray of Salemburg; his maternal grandfather, Perry F. Butler of Roseboro; paternal step-grandfather, Kirby Edge, Sr. of Stedman; four uncles, David Gray, Perry Gray, Leroy House, and Wayne Butler, all of Roseboro, and a special grandma, Zulda Tanner. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 6 until 8 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home, 401 W. Roseboro Street, Roseboro, and other times at the home.
