Perry Franklin "Buddy" Faircloth, Jr.

Mr. Perry Franklin “Buddy” Faircloth, Jr., 85 of Autryville, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at Southwood Nursing Center in Clinton.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 7, 2026 at Peniel Pentecostal Holiness Church with Reverend Lee Britt, Reverend Andy Wood and Bishop Bryan Strickland officiating. The burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 1:50 PM on Saturday, February 7, 2026 at Peniel Pentecostal Holiness Church prior to the service.

Buddy was a native of Sampson County, the son of Perry Faircloth, Sr. and Bertha Sessoms Faircloth. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Dorothy Hall Faircloth; his brother, Ernest “Sambo” Faircloth; and four sisters, Peggy Hodges, Geraldine Parker, Betty Tanner and Joyce Jackson.

He leaves to cherish his memory three sisters, Ruth Jackson and husband, Johnny of Salemburg; Darlene Cannady and husband, David of Autryville; and Helen Daniels and husband, James Earl of Salemburg; his brother, Tommy Faircloth of Salemburg; his step-daughter, Kathy Bullock and husband, Greg of Godwin; his step-son, Challie “Skeeter” Fisher of Autryville; and special friends, Joyce Oates and Bill Faircloth.
