Mr. Perry Thomas Faircloth, Jr., 72 of Roseboro went home to be with the Lord on Friday, November 10, 2023 at Wake Medical Center.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. John Hobbs officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 2:50 PM on Tuesday at the church prior to the service.

Mr. Faircloth was a native of Sampson County, the son of Perry Thomas Faircloth and Maggie Owen Faircloth.  He was preceded in death by his parents; sister and brother-in-law, Patsy Spell and Henry Spell; brother-in-law, W. D. Packer and father-in-law, Alvin Harris.  He was a contractor and a veteran of the Army National Guard.

He is survived by his loving wife, Linda Faircloth of the home; son, Anthony Faircloth and wife, Jessica of Green Sea, SC; daughter, Erica Maclam and husband, Shawn of Mooresville, NC; three grandchildren, Daniel Faircloth, Harper Maclam and Grady Maclam; two sisters, Clara Packer of Kenansville and Betty Tyndall and husband, Jesse of Clinton; mother-in-law, Mae Harris of Roseboro; and several nieces and nephews.
