Mr. Percy Evander McLaurin, 97 passed away Sunday, November 10, 2019.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00pm Saturday, November 16, 2019 at South River Community Church, 6540 Goldsboro Road, Wade, officiating will be Pastor Lynn McLaurin. Burial with military honors will follow at Old Bluff Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1:00pm to 1:50pm Saturday at the church prior to the service.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Junius Wellington McLaurin and Repsie Jane Williams McLaurin; wife, Fannie Louise Tally McLaurin and 9 brothers.
He was a WWII veteran with the United States Army.
He is survived by his sons, Jenson Leon McLaurin and Jantzen Devon McLaurin; and a daughter, Jency Donna McLaurin.
Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 6535 Clinton Road, Stedman, NC 28391.
