Mrs. Peggy Ann Owens Deli, 66

ROSEBORO Mrs. Peggy Ann Owens Deli, 66 of 479 Butler Island Road, died on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at the Cape Fear Valley Cancer Center in Fayetteville. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 28, 2010 at 3:00 P.M. at Pleasant Union Baptist Church with Rev. Paul Honeycutt officiating. A private burial will follow at the Roseboro Cemetery. Mrs. Deli was a native of Sampson County and was the daughter of the late Joseph and Eva Faircloth Owens. She was the owner and operator of Parker Cleaners in Fayetteville. She is survived by: her husband, Arpad William "Bill" Deli of the home; two sons, Alex Canady of Raleigh and Robert Josleyn and wife, Sena of Maple Hill; and two grandchildren, Joseph Josleyn and Conor Josleyn. The family will receive friends on Sunday afternoon from 2 to 3 P.M. at Pleasant Union Baptist Church, 2300 Pleasant Union Road, Roseboro. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Friends of the Cape Fear Valley Cancer Center, 1638 Owen Drive, Fayetteville, NC 28304, in memory of Peggy Owens Deli.
