Patricia Olga (Wood) Runion

GARLAND Mrs. Patricia Runion, 68 of Garland, passed away Sunday, December 16, 2018 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Funeral service will be held at 2:00pm Friday, December 21, 2018 at Butler Funeral Home Chapel, officiating will be Pastor Earl Hughes.  Burial will follow at Roseboro Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:00pm to 1:50pm at the funeral home Friday before the service.

Mrs. Runion was a native of Chatham County the daughter of the late Union Pines Wood and Patricia W. Austin.  She was the widow of the late Floyd Franklin Runion and was preceded in death by a sister, Brenda A. Wood.

She is survived by her children, Karen McClenny and husband, Jimmy of Roseboro; Stevie Runion and wife, Jennifer of Albemarle, and Andy Runion and wife, Amber of Garland; one sister, Cythia Wood of Clinton and two brothers, Jamin P. Wood of Flippin, AK and Robert D. Wood of Artesia, CA; her grandchildren, Amanda Clewis and husband, Wesley of Whiteville, Tiffany McClenny of Hope Mills, Jamie McClenny of Roseboro, Jessie Runion and Nikki Runion both of Albemarle and Andrew Runion and Alexa Runion both of Garland: great grandchildren, Karmen Rupert (Pebbles), Dawson Clewis (Bam Bam), Kaleb McClenny (Little Man), (lub lub), Jase Clewis (Pork Chop), Stephen Runion, Noah Clewis (Noah Bug), Kayleigh Blackwell (Kay Kay), Isaac Clewis, Aubreigh Grey (Little Red), Baby Blackwell (due).
