Mrs. Patricia LaRue Barefoot, 64 passed away on Monday, March 8, 2021 at her home.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro with Reverend Ray Warren and Reverend Michael Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Barefoot Family Cemetery (Phillips Road, Dunn). The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 2:50 PM at the funeral home prior to the service.

Mrs. Barefoot was a native of Sampson County, the daughter of Medford and Missouri Jane Faircloth Warren. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Billy Warren.

She is survived by her husband, Dwight Barefoot of the home; son, Travis Dwight Barefoot and wife, Emily of Roseboro; daughter, Michele Jones and husband, Michael of Godwin; six grandchildren, Garrett Barefoot, Erin Barefoot, Austin Jones, Grant Barefoot, Skylar Jones and Nathan Smith; several nieces and nephews and numerous brother-in-law’s and sister-in-law’s.
