Mr. Nixon Lewis Spell, Sr., 79 of Autryville, passed away on Friday, January 15, 2021 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

A private memorial service will be held by the family. There will be no at home or funeral home visitations.

He was a native of Sampson County, the son of Louis Alton and Eupha Matthews Spell. He is preceded in death by his parents, first wife, Mary Spell and step son, James Welker.

He is survived by wife, Brenda Spell of the home; son, Nicky Spell and wife, Lisa of Autryville; daughter, Sue Jacobs and husband, Myron of Autryville; two step children, Glen Welker and wife, Kim of Wade and Michelle Faircloth of Sanford; brother, Art Spell and wife, Connie of Stedman; ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to South River Antique Tractor Club 1854 Evans Dairy Road, Fayetteville, NC 28312.
