Mr. Nelson Allen Edwards, 68

SALEMBURG Mr. Nelson Allen Edwards, 68 of 206 S. Main Street, died Sunday April 9, 2006 at Sampson Regional Medical Center in Clinton. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday April 12, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro with the Rev. John Adams officiating. Burial will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Salemburg. Mr. Edwards was a native of Sampson County and is preceded in death by his father, Allen Edwards. He was an Automobile Mechanic. Mr. Edwards is survived by: two sons, Gary W. Edwards of Lakeland FL, and Terry Edwards of Four Oaks; two daughters, Rhonda Edwards of California, and Robin Baucomb of Clinton; mother, Lola Edwards of Salemburg; three sisters, Muriel Smith of Clinton, Lib Jackson of Salemburg, and Jan Farrell of Salemburg; 6 grandchildren. The visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 6 until 8 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro, and other times at the home of Jan Farrell, 206 S. Main Street, Salemburg.
