EASTOVER Mrs. Nellie Cain Norris, 56 of Eastover passed away on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at the Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, October 17 at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman with Pastor Robert Guynn officiating. Burial will follow in the Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Norris was a native of Cumberland County, the daughter of the late Seavy Cain. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, Mike Norris; daughter, Billie J. Paul and husband, Jeff Paul of Fayetteville; son, Michael Norris and wife, Cheryl Norris of Stedman; her mother, Elgie Herndon of Grays Creek; a sister, Shelia Cain of Eastover and six grandchildren, Jeffrey Paul, Brianne Paul, Brandon Paul, Luke Norris, Hailey Norris and Mikayla Norris. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Thursday evening at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman. Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 6535 Clinton Road, Stedman, NC.
