Mrs. Nellie S. Bible, 81

FAYETTEVILLE Mrs. Nellie Sullivan Bible, 81, of 139 Old Vander Road died Sunday, September 21 at Carolina Health Care Center of Cumberland. She was born August 25, 1927 in Dillon, SC, the daughter of the late Major and Alice Faye Martin Alford. She was predeceased by a son, Joseph Eddie Sullivan and a daughter, Mary Allen. She was a homemaker, loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, September 25 at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman with Rev. Ken Earhart officiating. Burial will follow at Cumberland Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Bible is survived by: three daughters, Janice Ivey Faircloth and husband Tommy D. of Fayetteville, Patricia Brast and husband Jeff of Texas and Priscilla Gowin of Pinehurst; one brother, William Alford of Conway, SC; sixteen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 P.M., Wednesday, September 24 at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman.
