Ms. Vanessa Lynn Tew, 62 went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 18, 2023 at Harnett Woods Nursing Center in Dunn.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday, December 22, 2023 at Baptist Chapel Church with Reverend Tre Wiggins and Reverend Alan Roberts officiating. The burial will follow in the church cemetery with full Military Honors.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 2:50 PM on Friday, December 22, 2023 at the church prior to the service.

Ms. Tew was a native of Harnett County, the daughter of Mack D. and Janice Wrench Tew. She was preceded in death by her father. She was a retired MSGT with U.S. Air Force.

She leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Janice Tew; and her sister, Carla Tew Jackson.
