Ms. Mittie F. Sessoms, 95

WADE Ms. Mittie F. Sessoms, age 95 of Wade, died on Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at her home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 9, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at Clement Baptist Church with Dr. James Dees, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at the Maxwell Cemetery in Autryville. Ms. Sessoms was born on July 31, 1914 in Sampson County to the late Sam Franklin and Leanna Williams Matthews. She retired from Little's Manufacturing Company. Mrs. Sessoms is survived by: one daughter, Dixie S. Wrench of the home; three grandchildren, Gregory Wrench and wife Gloria of Stedman, Richard Wrench and wife, Donna of Godwin, and Kelli Wise and husband, Michael of Richmond, VA; seven great grandchildren, Matthew Wrench and wife, Morgan, Nicholas Wrench, Heather Wrench, Savannah Wrench, Jacob Wise, Jackson Wise, and Jordan Wise; one niece, Haven Bass; and special caregivers, Jackie Blue, Millie Evans, and Mary Lock. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6 to 8 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman. Arrangements by Butler Funeral Home, 6535 Clinton Road, Stedman.
