Miss Ashley Leigh Nunnery, 14 of 884 Mt. Carmel Church Road, died on Saturday, September 10, 2011 at Sampson Regional Medical Center in Clinton.
The funeral will be held on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at 3:00 P.M. at Pleasant Union Baptist Church with Rev. Paul Honeycutt, Rev. Greg Smith and Rev. Charles Ray Jernigan officiating. The body will lie in state at the church from 2 to 3 P.M. Burial will follow at Mill Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
Miss Nunnery was born on July 29, 1997 in Cumberland County to Troy Wayne and Cheri Godbold Nunnery. She is preceded in death by her Maternal Grandmother, Carolyn Godbold. She was a student at Lakewood High School.
She is survived by: her parents, Troy and Cheri Nunnery of the home; one sister, Haley Nunnery of the home; her Paternal Grandparents, Kenneth and Virginia Nunnery of Autryville; and her Maternal Grandparents, Junior and Anna Godbold of Roseboro.
The family will receive friends on Monday evening from 6 to 8 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro, and other times at the home of Kenneth and Virginia Nunnery, 2252 Carry Bridge Road, Autryville.
Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 401 W. Roseboro Street, Roseboro.The family will receive friends on Monday evening from 6 to 8 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro, and other times at the home of Kenneth and Virginia Nunnery, 2252 Carry Bridge Road, Autryville.
