Miss Liza Jane Hall, 76

FAYETTEVILLE Miss Liza Jane Hall, 76 of 2461 Legion Road, Fayetteville, died on Thursday, December 1, 2011 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, December 5, 2011 at Cedar Creek Church of God with Rev. Franklin Hunt and Rev. Randall Hunt officiating. Burial will follow at Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery. Miss Hall was born on May 17, 1935 in Cumberland County to the late Ralph McNeil and Clevia Matthews Hall. She is preceded in death by her brother, Gainey Hall. She resided in the home place of her childhood until her later years in life when it became necessary for her to have assisted living. For a while, she had been a resident of Cumberland Nursing and Rehab Center of 2461 Legion Road, Fayetteville. She was an active member of Cedar Creek Church of God. She is survived by: two brothers, Bernie Hall and wife, Marie of Wilmington and Keith Hall of Fayetteville; a niece, Amanda Williams; four nephews, James Hall, Charles Hall, Robert Hall and Corey Hall; and eight great nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Sunday afternoon from 3 to 5 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman.
