Mrs. Mirtis E. Johnson, 73

GARLAND Mrs. Mirtis Eldora Johnson, 73, of 3767 Bull Street, passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2007 at Bladen County Hospital. A funeral service will be held Saturday, July 21, 2007 at 11 am at Friendship Baptist Church with the Rev. Ray Wilkes and Rev. David Rutland officiating. Burial will follow in the Cypress Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Johnson was a native of Bladen County, the daughter of the late Roy and Berline Culbreth. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Johnson is survived by: son, Neal Johnson, of Garland; daughter, Julie Johnson, of Fayetteville; sister, Mary Robertson, of Sumter, SC; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Friday evening, July 20, 2007 from 6 until 8 pm at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro.
