Mrs. Minnie Lucille Godbold

ROSEBORO Mrs. Minnie Lucille Godbold, 75, of 34 Old Brick Mill Road, passed away Monday, October 29, 2007 at Mary Gran Nursing Center. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2007 at 2 PM at Pleasant Union Baptist Church with the Rev. Paul Honeycutt officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Godbold was a native of Johnston County and the daughter of the late Kirby and Julia Pate Wise. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband Herbert Hoover Godbold. Mrs. Godbold is survived by: three daughters, Belinda Gail Cashwell, of Stedman, Rochelle Haney, of Roseboro and Mary Lou Easterling, of Clinton; two sons, Dale H. Godbold and J.K. Godbold, both of Roseboro; three brothers, John Wise, of Dunn, Almond Wise, of Garner and Vaden Wise, of Stedman; 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2007 from 6 till 8 PM at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro.
