Mrs. Mildred Groff Hall, 95

CLINTON Mrs. Mildred Groff Hall, 95 of 120 Southwood Drive, and formerly of Roseboro, died on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at Mary Gran Nursing Center in Clinton. The funeral will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Friday, April 22, 2011 at Butler Funeral Home with Rev. Hampton Faircloth and Rev. Roger White officiating. Burial will follow at the Roseboro Cemetery. Mrs. Hall was born on May 25, 1915 in Cumberland County to the late James Albert and Agnes Smith Hall. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, James Preston "J.P." Hall. She was a retired Beautician. She is survived by: four nephews, Luther Earl Hall of Autryville, Robert J. "Bobby" Hall of Autryville, Carlton Hall of Raleigh and Donald Horne of Nashville, Tenn.; four nieces, Mary Agnes Knowles of Autryville, Esther Faith Brock of Roseboro, Durema Kestner of New Mexico and Mary Gordon of Raleigh. The family will receive friends on Friday afternoon from 2 to 3 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro. Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 401 W. Roseboro Street, Roseboro.
