Mrs. Melba C. Fisher, 73

Mrs. Melba Christine Cashwell Fisher, 73, of 126 Bladen Circle in Fayetteville died Sunday, July 15 at Betsy Johnson Memorial Hospital in Dunn. She was a homemaker and was the widow of Joe Floyd Fisher, Sr. A funeral service will be held at 12:30 P.M. Wednesday, July 18 at Faith Family Worship Center on Meadowcroft Drive in Fayetteville with the Revs. Richard Pia and Ann Pia officiating. Burial will follow at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery in Spring Lake. Mrs. Fisher is survived by her daughter, Sheila Fisher Smith of Fayetteville; three sons, Joe Fisher and wife Debbie, Alan Fisher and Timmy Fisher, all of Fayetteville; a sister, JoAnn Jinnette and husband Kenny of Mooresville; four grandchildren, Michelle Gallagher, Adam Fisher, Ron Wilkerson and Alton Wilkerson, all of Fayettteville; and ten great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 17 from 6 to 8 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman.
