STEDMAN Mrs. Mary Lee Von Cannon, 63, of 2376 Page Rd. died Sunday, October 2, 2011 at her residence. She was a housewife. Mary was a native of Cumberland County. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lee R. Davis and Macie Jane Hodge Davis and a brother, Geddie Davis. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 P.M., Wednesday, October 5 at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman with Rev. Tommy Tatum and Rev. Thomas Lewis officiating. Interment will follow at Cumberland Memorial Gardens in Fayetteville. She is survived by: husband, Harvey G. Von Cannon of the home; sons, Tony Von Cannon (wife Shannon) of Stedman and Harvey G. "Bubbles" Von Cannon, Jr. (wife Teresa) of Stedman; daughters, Diane Crook (husband Pete) of Stedman, Shirley Olvera (husband Neil) of Stedman, Janice Olivares of Texas and Alice Faye Freeman (husband John) of Roseboro; brothers, Furnie Davis of Vander, James Davis of Gray's Creeek, Lee Davis of St. Pauls and Robert Davis of St. Pauls; sisters, Mary E. Glover of Fayetteville, Irene Lewis of Hope Mills, Louise Rawls of St. Pauls, Heneritta Parker of Stedman and Annie Ruth Long of Gray's Creek; eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
