Mrs. Mary F. Rutherford, 74

CONWAY, S.C. Mrs. Mary Kate Faircloth Rutherford, 74 of 872 Singleton Ridge Road, S.C., died on Thursday, August 9, 2007 at Conway Medical Center in Conway, S.C. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August, 18, 2007 at 1 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro. Burial will follow on Monday, August 20, 2007 at Arlington National Cemetery in Washington, D.C. followed by a short graveside tribute at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends are asked to meet at the Administration Building on cemetery grounds. Mrs. Rutherford was born in 1932 in Sampson County to the late James Ransom and Gladys Usher Faircloth. She is preceded in death by: her husband, Bud ; and two brothers, Howard and James. Mrs. Rutherford is survived by: one son, Kevin and wife Sharon; one daughter, Becky Jo and husband Jeff Skipper; three grandchildren, Megan and Kyle Rutherford of Houston, TX, and Katelyn Skipper of Conway, SC; two brothers, Junius I. Faircloth and Harry T. Faircloth of Roseboro, NC; and one sister, Dorothy Ann Perry of Anderson, SC. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Family will receive friends on Saturday, August 18, 2007 from 12 until 1 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home, 401 W. Roseboro Street, Roseboro.
