Mary Carolyn (Lockamy) Autry, 74 went to be with the Lord on Monday, June 14, 2021 surrounded by her family.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, June 17, 2021 at Colonial Heights Free Baptist Church, 1140 W. Elizabeth St. Clinton, officiating will be Dr. Jimmy Dees.  Burial will follow at Maxwell Cemetery in Autryville.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at the funeral home.

She was born in Cumberland County to the late, William Everett and Mary Elizabeth Huggins Lockamy.  She is also preceded in death by her husband, who was the love of her life, Michael Howard Autry; and brother, Billy Lockamy.

Mary was a receptionist with Carolina News Company in Fayetteville for 30 years, a former member of Clement Baptist Church, and a current member of Colonial Heights Free Baptist Church.

She leaves to cherish her memory a daughter, Wanda Lyne Faircloth (Pete) of Garland; her loving baby pup, Daisy Mae; brothers, J.C. (Sandy), James Robert (Rhonda), Johnny (Mary Jo) and Donald Lockamy all of Clinton; sisters, Brenda K. Fryar (Roy) and Judy Rose Hall (Mark) all of Clinton; and 4 grandchildren, Brandi Goodchild (John) of Newton Grove, Wayne Wiggins (Beth) Turkey, Kevin Wiggins (Ashley) of Clinton and Sherry Colosky (Frankie) of Salemburg; 6 great grandchildren, Destiny Goodchild, Emily Goodchild, Karah Wiggins, Wayne Wiggins, Jr., June Wiggins and Layla Colosky; and a great great grandchild, Alexis Kearley.
