Mary (Hall) Horne

Stedman

Ms. Mary Hall Horne, 90 went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 6, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Lafayette Memorial Park in Fayetteville, officiating will be Rev. Charles Jernigan.

Mary was born in Sampson County to the late Lewis William Hall and Sallie Owen Hall.  She is also preceded in death by her husband, William David Horne; an infant son, David Warren Horne; daughter, Linda Hargrove; sister, Christine Edwards; and a brother, Rufus Hall.

She enjoyed going on outings with friends and with the Stedman Senior Citizens Club; and attending Stedman Baptist Church.

She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Mark Horne & wife, Christy of Stedman; grandchildren and great grandchildren, Caitlyn Hughes & husband, Logan and their son, Carter all of Clayton, and Allison Horne and her daughter, Elena of Stedman; and a son-in-law, Donald Hargrove.

A special thank you to friend and caregiver, Wink Williams, and Ray & Sandra Jackson for their friendship.
