Mary Hall Edwards, 75 went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at her home surrounded by her family.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday, July 13, 2024 at Concord Baptist Church, officiating will be Rev. W.A. Creech & James Bullard.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 2-2:50pm Saturday at the church before the service.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents; Raymond & Claira Elizabeth Hall; and her husband, Floyd Ronnie Edwards, Sr.

Mary graduated from Heritage Bible College, where she became an ordained minister.  She pastored at many churches in the Cumberland and Harnett County areas throughout the years.  She was also a longtime member of Concord Baptist Church.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her children; Rhonda Martin & husband, Jeff; Sheila McDaris & husband, Roger, and Floyd Ronnie Edwards, Jr.; grandchildren, Michael Wayne Edwards, Sr., Joseph Edwards, C.J. Edwards, Amy McDaniels, Christy Santos, Landy Eason, Sandy Woodall, Matt McDaris, Joseph Edwards, C.J. Edwards, Amy Daniels, Katie Martin, Cody Martin and Colton Martin.; 26 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; brother & sister-in-laws, Garland A. Edwards, Barbara Edwards & Ivey Hall, Sr.; cousins, Elbert Edge, Judy Lanreth, Kaye Edge & Jimmy Landreth; and numerous nieces and nephews.
