Mary Elizabeth (Bullard) Hairr

Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Bullard Hairr, 79 of Salemburg went home to be her Lord on Monday, November 29, 2021 at her home.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, December 2 at Salemburg Baptist Church with Rev. Jacob Peterson officiating.  Burial will follow in the Salemburg Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 - 1:50 PM on Thursday at the church prior to the service.

Mrs. Hairr was a native of Sampson County, the daughter of George Thomas and Esther Gilchrist Bullard.  She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Lynette Hairr and three brothers.  She retired as the Business Office Director for Sampson Regional Medical Center.

She is survived by her husband, Homer Hairr of the home; two sons, Allen Hairr and wife, Dana and Mark Hairr and wife, Leigh all of Autryville; four grandchildren, Grace Hairr, Rylie Hairr, Evelyn Hairr and Andrew Hairr.
