Mrs. Martha Parker Tew, 81 went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 29, 2022 at Southwood Nursing Center.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, November 13, 2022 at Mt. Moriah United Methodist Church with the Reverend Andy Wood officiating.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 2:50 PM on Sunday, November 13, 2022 at the church prior to the service.

Mrs. Tew was a native of Sampson County, the daughter of Dennis Garland and Thelma Earle Holland Parker. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bobby Lee Tew; and her sister, Helen Rose Barker.

She leaves to cherish her memory three sisters, Jean Bellamy of Clinton; Ann Parker of Salemburg; and Frankie Tyndall and husband, Billy of Raleigh; her sister-in-law, Betty Hoots of High Point; and several nieces and nephews.
