Mark Kelly Anderson, 62 passed away on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at Butler Funeral Home Chapel in Stedman, officiating will be Rev. Larry Melvin.  Burial will follow at the Upper Room Prayer House Church Cemetery in Autryville.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 11:50 AM Tuesday at the funeral home prior to the service.

Mark is preceded in death by his parents, Malcolm Anderson and Greta Wood Anderson; and a brother, Jeffrey Anderson.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Darcus Simmons Anderson; children, Natasha Brown & husband, Christopher, William Teter & wife, Frances Espinal-Teter, and Nicholas Teter & wife, Amber; grandchildren, Imani and Ian Brown, Evania and Titan Teter, Anicya Jackson, and Elias Teter; brothers, Mike Anderson & wife, Cindy, and Jerry Anderson & wife, Donna; mother-in-law, Eula Simmons; and numerous nieces and nephews.
