Mr. Marion Gene "Dink" Greene, 58

ROSEBORO Mr. Marion Gene "Dink" Greene, 58, of 740 Mill Creek Church Road, passed away Saturday, March 10, 2007 at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Goldsboro. Funeral services will be held Monday, March 12, 2007 at 2:00 PM at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro with the Rev. Dennis Guy officiating. Burial will follow in the Mill Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Greene was a native of Sampson County, the son of the late Claude and Mary Holmes McLemore Greene. Mr. Greene is survived by: three brothers, Hubert Greene and Thomas Greene, both of Roseboro and Larry Greene, of Kentucky; sister, Mary Frances Jones, of Warsaw. The family will recieve friends Sunday night from 6 till 8 PM at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro.
