Mrs. Margaret Criscoe Riley, 90

ROSEBORO Mrs. Margaret Criscoe Riley, 90 of 2241 Butler Island Road, passed away on Friday, April 11, 2014. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, April 14, 2014 at Mill Creek Baptist Church with Rev. David Williams, Rev. Paul Honeycutt, and Dr. Odell Peterson officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. She was born on January 26, 1924 in Sampson County to the late Daniel Elijah and Sudie Sessoms Criscoe. She was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband, Seavy P. Riley; and two sisters, Lucille Bullard and Sally Criscoe. She was a member of Mill Creek Baptist Church in Roseboro and the Roseboro Chapter 229 Order of the Eastern Star. Mrs. Riley is survived by: four children, Marilyn Riley Smith and husband Harold of Roseboro, Danny Riley of Roseboro, Junior Riley and wife Debbie of Roseboro and Barbara Bordeaux and husband Mack of Autryville; eight grandchildren, Tammy Bordeaux Tew, Tracey Bordeaux Page, Adina Riley, Beth Ann Riley Trueblood, Doug Smith, Chris Cutts, Andrew Riley and Christy Smith Talley; 14 great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and three nieces. The family will receive friends on Sunday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro and other times at the home. Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 401 W.
