Mrs. Margaret Ray Lucas Crumpler, 83

SALEMBURG

Mrs. Margaret Ray Lucas Crumpler, 83 of Salemburg, died Friday, May 8, 2015 at Mary Gran Nursing Home surrounded by her loving family.

Ms. Crumpler was the daughter of the late Perdo and Verma Lucas. She was employed for 15 years by Borg Warner Acceptance Corporation in Fayetteville, NC and subsequently was employed by and retired from General Electric Credit Corporation in Charlotte, NC. She was preceded in death by husband, David B. Crumpler and sister, Jean C. Tindall.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 P.M. Monday, May 11, 2015 at Piney Green Baptist Church in Salemburg. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Survivors include: brother, Robert Lucas and wife, Janie of Eastover; brother, Larry P. Lucas and wife, Elgie of Roseboro; brother, Jerry W. Lucas of Roseboro; and sister, Judith M. Lucas of Rose Hill.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Sunday, May 10, 2015 at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro.
