CLINTON
Ms. Margaret Ann Faircloth Long, 64 of 601 Stewart Avenue passed away on Saturday, September 14, 2013 at her home.
The funeral service will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro with Pastor Roy Hilburn officiating. A private burial will be held at Roseboro Cemetery.
Ms. Long was a native of Sampson County, the daughter of the late Rev. James Manley Faircloth, Sr. and Bertha Lee Parker Faircloth. For many years she was the secretary at Roseboro-Salemburg Middle School.
She is survived by: one daughter, April Royal and husband Jason of Roseboro; two sisters, Susan Armstrong and husband Joseph of New Bern and Wendy Butler and husband Keith of Autryville; two brothers, Woody Faircloth and James Manley Faircloth, Jr. and wife Sylvia all of Roseboro; special caregivers, Pam Greene and Rebecca Wood; and a long time friend, Buddy Butler.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro and at other times at the home of Jason and April Royal, 3260 Huntley School Road, Roseboro.
