Mrs. Margaret "Aunt Eva" Faircloth, 92 of Fayetteville went home to be with her Lord Jesus on Monday, December 2, 2013 at the Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
The funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, December 5, 2013 at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman with the Rev. Marion Steve Horne officiating. Burial will follow in the Autryville Church of God Cemetery.
Mrs. Faircloth was born March 8, 1921 to the Late Love and Flora Edge Howell. She was proceeded in death by her brothers, Currol, Walter, Hubert, Lonnie and Anson Howell and sisters, Layla Mae Tanner and Neva C. Horne.
Aunt Eva was devoted to Galiee Holiness Church for over 50 years, were she was a Sunday School teacher. She loved the Lord first and then her family and always gave to everyone she meet.
She is survived by her companion of 64 years, Robert Faircloth; two sons, Donnie Howell and Burnis "Littleman" Jackson and his wife, Jackie; two daughters, Cleatha Mae Howell and Brenda Moore and her husband, Raymond; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren; a special niece, Rita Horne and lots of other nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 7-9 PM Wednesday evening at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman.
