ROSEBORO
Mrs. Maggie O. Faircloth, 93, of 1526 Fleet Cooper Road, passed away on Friday, Oct. 29, 2010 at Sampson Regional Medical Center.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, Nov. 1, 2010 at 3:00 PM at Elizabeth Baptist Church with the Rev. Wayne Meadows and Rev. Roger White officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Faircloth was born on May 28, 1917 in Sampson County to the late John Robert and Louella Faircloth Owens. She was preceded in death by her husband, Perry T. Faircloth, Sr. and her brothers and sisters, David Owens, Rossie Owens, Sally Hall, Carrie Sessoms, Annie Sessoms, Hattie Owens, Andrew Owens, Franklin Owens, John A. Owens and Joseph Owens. She was a member of Elizabeth Baptist Church.
Mrs. Faircloth is survived by: son, Thomas Faircloth and wife Linda, of Roseboro; two daughters, Clara Packer and husband W.D., of Roseboro and Betty Tyndall and husband Jesse, of Roseboro; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild.
The family will receive friends on Sunday night from 6-8 PM at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro.
