Mrs. Magdlean Mclaurin, 82

Autryville- 82, of 1846 Halltown Rd, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, August, 8, 2007, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. The Funeral will be at 11 A.M. Saturday, August 11, at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro, with the Rev. Melinda Ivey officiating. Burial will follow in the T.J. Hall Cemetery. Mrs. McLaurin was the daughter of the late Lewis and Betty Hall. She was preceded in death by her husband George E.McLaurin. Mrs. McLaurin worked for many years as a spinner in the textile industry. She is survived by five daughters, Betty Starling of Wade, Theresa Jones of Autryville, Shearin Perkins of Autryville, Bonnie Packer of Fayetteville, and Tammy Ammons of Autryville; four sons, George Arthur McLaurin of Stedman, Lonnie McLaurin, John McLaurin and J.F. McLaurin all of Autryville; one sister, Mattie Lee Hall of Fayetteville; 19 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 7-9 p.m. Friday, Aug. 10, at Butler Funeral Home.
