Mrs. Madge Leona Mclamb, 84

SALEMBURG Mrs. Madge Leona McLamb, 84, died Monday, February 11, 2008 at Sampson Regional Medical Center in Clinton. A funeral service will be held Friday, February 15, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at Holland's Chapel Pentecostle Holiness Church with Rev. Randy Anderson and Rev. W.O. Rieber officiating. Burial will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. Mrs. McLamb was born in 1923 in Stony Brook, NY, to the late Elmer Jonas and Leona Smith Newton. Mrs. McLamb is survived by: her husband, Elmon L. McLamb of the home; one daughter, Sandra Washabaugh of Shippensburg, PA; two sons, William Overton of Mt. Pleasant, SC and Steve Overton of Moriches, NY; one step daughter, Celesta Honeycutt of Salemburg; one step son, Woody McLamb of Clinton; six grandchildren, Stacey Petrucci, Donna Bee, Cherie Kilgannon, Michelle Piro, Kim Honeycutt and Clark Honeycutt; seven great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6 until 8 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro and other times at the home.
