Mrs. Lula Adine Williams Johnson, 83, of Fayetteville, passed away on Friday, October 15, 2010 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, Oct. 17, 2010 at 3:00 PM at Temple Baptist Church with the Rev. Leon Keefe and Rev. Brian Dawson officiating. Burial will follow in the Roseboro Cemetery in Roseboro.
Mrs. Johnson was born in Sampson County on Feb. 25, 1927 to the late Thomas Albert and Ina Hairr Williams. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rondle Jerry Johnson and was a homemaker.
Mrs. Johnson is survived by: three daughters, Linda Drose, of Maxton, Claudia Dickens, of Fuquay-Varina and Denise Davis, of Stedman; two sisters, Rita Campbell, of Greensboro and Pearl Faircloth, of Stedman; 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, Oct. 17, 2010 from 2-3 PM at Temple Baptist Church.
