Mrs. Lula Mae Brock, 82

ROSEBORO Mrs. Lula Mae Brock, 82 of Roseboro, passed away on Tuesday, May 17, 2011. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Ralph Brock; their four children and their spouses, Joe and Faith Brock, Debbie and Tom Fuldner, Muriel and Bobby Hall, and Gary and Eva Brock. She is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren; and three sisters, Eleanor Gardner, Joyce Faircloth, and Brenda Hales. Lula Mae was very active in serving her community and her church where she was a founding member and team leader of the Beaver Dam Baptist Church Hispanic Mission. She enjoyed sharing Christ's message for the past 13 years with the Hispanic Community where she was lovingly known as LuLu. The family will receive friends at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 19, 2011 at Beaver Dam Baptist Church with services to follow at 3:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, Lula Mae requested that donations be made to Good Faith Mission Fund, Beaver Dam Baptist Church, 4693 Beaver Dam Church Road, Roseboro, NC 28382; or to a charity of choice. Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 401 W. Roseboro Street, Roseboro. The family will receive friends at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 19, 2011 at Beaver Dam Baptist Church with services to follow at 3:00 P.M.
